Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope  
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop Srbija-Store.com.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract  
The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the order is confirmed.

4. Prices and Payment  
All prices are listed in the online shop. The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.

5. Delivery  
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy  
There is no general right of withdrawal or return.  
Returns or exchanges are excluded unless the goods are proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.  
In such cases, the customer must report the defect within 5 days of receiving the goods. The customer is entitled to a replacement or a refund.  
The goods must be unworn, unchanged, and in their original condition.

7. Warranty  
In the event of defects, we will provide repair or replacement at our discretion.

8. Liability  
The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior, as far as legally permissible.

9. Data Protection  
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

10. Final Provisions  
The applicable law at the provider’s location applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s location, as far as legally permissible.  
Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
