Cancellation and Return Policy

There is no general right of withdrawal or return.  
The products we offer (clothing) generally cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect.  

In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods. In this case, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.  

The defect must be proven (e.g., with photos) and the item must be unworn and unchanged.
